Which personal data do we deal with

For the purposes indicated below the Holder may treat:

• common personal data, which are, for example, registry data (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail etc.)

• commercial data referring to commercial activities undertaken in partnership
• data relating to promotions or special themed initiatives or ad hoc.

Such data, although necessary for the purposes specified below, are your exclusive property and will be treated as being reserved, or rather they will remain within the treatment established by the Holder, except for your diverse express permission in the cases here defined.

Origin of the data

The data is normally collected directly from the interested party. Should it have been obtained from other sources such as Linkedin or public social networks, advertising in magazines or newspapers, we offer you this information on first contact with the Holder.

Aims of the Treatment

Subscription of a Contract or service

The treatment of personal data and, where required, of sensitive data it is necessary to acquire preliminary information on conclusion of the booking of the restaurant and for any further added services:

• booking meals and/or ceremonies
• adhesion to themed evenings or other
• participation in organized ad hoc initiatives such as show cooking or other.

Within these aims the Holder may carry out other treatment of personal data and, where required, of sensitive data connected to the fulfilment of obligations foreseen by the Laws (such as, for example, the money- laundering regulation, the tax regulation), by the regulations and/or EU regulations, or by provisions and controls of supervisory bodies or other legitimate bodies.

The nature of the conferment of the personal data for such aims is: Compulsory.

To refuse conferment will impede treatment and therefore the stipulation of commercial relationship and/or of partnership such as the impossibility to supply the services described and object of the activities of the Holder.

For all the cases in which the data is treated for Marketing and/or advertising or for specific events, formation courses, market research, optional permission will be requested.

Refusal of optional treatment will involve the non-enrolment and participation to the single proposed initiatives.

• subscribe to courses and seminars organized by the Holder or partner companies or individual companies
• collect information relating to the satisfaction with regards to services provided by the Holder
• collect client references to insert into company communications or presentations by the Holder

These purposes for treatment are optional and are expressed through an explicit permission indicated in the attached form in specific cases.

The lack of consent will in no way affect the execution of the bookings but will involve the impossibility to send marketing communications and/or to take part in surveys or market research.

The data will be treated for such aims until the decision to revoke permission and/or obtain the cessation of the treatment. The marketing activities will exclusively take into consideration the data relating to the last 24 months.

Profiling for the purposes of marketing group products

Profiling of personal data allows the Holder to give the best offers complying to various needs.

Profiling does not imply an automatic adhesion to the proposal but will be used by the commercial insiders with whom you will be able to interact in all events before any subscription to the proposed service.

Methods of profiling: aggregation and individualization of homogenous profiles among which, for example: personal categories and/or localization and/or habits and propensity for consumption and/or service.

This purpose of treatment is optional and is expressed through an explicit permission indicated in the attached form in specific cases.

The Holder intends to treat personal data to conduct activities of quality control of services made while carrying out his activities.

This purpose of treatment is optional and is expressed through an explicit permission indicated in the attached form in specific cases.

The lack of consent will in no way on the execution of Contracts but will involve the impossibility for the Holder to observe the state of the quality of the products/services.

The personal data will be treated for such aims until your decision to revoke consent, in any case, anonymous data will be kept for a period of time useful to allow the Holder to improve products/services.

Which methods will be used to treat Your personal data

The treatment of your personal data will take place through paper, IT and telematic instruments, with logic strictly correlated to the aims indicated and, however, with suitable methods to guarantee safety and privacy in compliance with the provisions foreseen in Article 32 of the Regulations. Protection is assured even when innovative instruments are used.

The personal data treated are not subject to circulation, save for the specific cases already described and subject to specific permission.

To whom could Your personal data be communicated and who could learn about them
