Aims of the TreatmentSubscription of a Contract or serviceThe treatment of personal data and, where required, of sensitive data it is necessary to acquire preliminary information on conclusion of the booking of the restaurant and for any further added services:
- booking meals and/or ceremonies
- adhesion to themed evenings or other
- participation in organized ad hoc initiatives such as show cooking or other.
Within these aims the Holder may carry out other treatment of personal data and, where required, of sensitive data connected to the fulfilment of obligations foreseen by the Laws (such as, for example, the money- laundering regulation, the tax regulation), by the regulations and/or EU regulations, or by provisions and controls of supervisory bodies or other legitimate bodies.
The nature of the conferment of the personal data for such aims is: Compulsory.
