“I wanted to plan a place with the specific aim to satisfy the primary needs of my customers which are, in my opinion, essentially: to eat, to drink, to sleep and to socialize. We have made a welcoming space, with an open space kitchen, with avant-garde equipment to guarantee the healthiness of the food, the conservation of its nutrients and high quality cooking procedures.
The kitchen is directly connected to the dining-room because I strongly believe that sharing moments and experiences is fundamental to creating spaces to unite people. The dining area as well as the expositive area of the products, are characterized by the use of wood, steel and even recovered materials.
These elements immediately make the customer feel welcome transmitting the essence of their past life, making them feel comfortable, because what I want is to make them feel at home. So, sitting around the large poplar table, they can enjoy good food and drink and meet new people sitting next to them just because fate brought them together in my restaurant.
While I am cooking, I admire this enogastronomic conviviality with satisfaction while it slowly unfolds, the harmony that is created among the people sitting in front of good, healthy food while respecting the environment. To conclude, outside in the characteristic Vicolo Dell’Angelo in Gargnano, the seats can quickly be changed into deckchairs to be able to relax completely: the La Mingla restaurant wants to pamper its customers, that is why we invite you to have a pleasant rest after having satiated and delighted the body!”
